Virginia’s 9th District – Rep. Rick Boucher
Rep. Rick Boucher does not support the FairTax and is not a co-sponsor of H.R.-25 in Congress. RAFT is exploring ways to reach into the 9th District to find the support that exists there, to educate people not fully familiar with the FairTax, and to bring the support of all of them to bear on Mr. Boucher until we convince him that the public wants the FairTax. New River FairTax was recently formed to begin that process. We hope this website can reach the far flung residents that stretch to beyond Bristol. If you live in VA-09 please contact him (again, if necessary) and urge others to do the same. Carefully read his responses to see whether you feel we are making progress with him.
