Roanoke Area FairTax

RAFT member Paul Greier sent us the following:

A ‘Tea Party’ is being organized in the SML area and is scheduled to be held near the Grand Furniture Store in Westlake, VA on Tuesday, April 14th, between 2:30 and 4:00 pm.

It would really be great if we could get you and some of your Roanoke colleagues to come out with some FairTax signs and literature. These Tea Parties do seem like a perfect opportunity to spread the word on the FairTax … to all those folks who have gripes about taxation, but might not yet be informed about the FairTax.

Marilyn Osborne Bach (MMOsborneBach@aol.com) informed me of this event, and so if you need any more info as the date approaches, you might want to contact her directly.

My understanding is that there will be several political figures attending, including Virgil Goode, former Congressman and FairTax co-sponsor.
