Do you make personal calls on your employer’s cell phone? If so, do you keep records of these calls and include them in your tax return? If not, the IRS might be interested, according to a report on PBS radio. It seems that the value of the calls can be considered as a taxable benefit. This is another example of things that wouldn’t happen under the FairTax!
